For this reason, we have decided to forego other opportunities that exist in the auction industry and focus only on real estate. Our auctioneers will not be found auctioning personal property one day, livestock the next and then your home or investment real estate the day after. As one of North America’s few real estate auction companies we feel that our firm offers a significant advantage to our clients. Our specialization in real estate enables us to focus all of our time and attention on the real estate segment of the auction industry.

My experience in education coupled, with a thorough knowledge of the real estate and auction industries, enables our company to provide clients with a clear understanding of the entire auction process from the beginning of the marketing program through the successful closing of the sale.
